What's Included in your air con installation
All above prices include the following. The air conditioner of your choice, brand new and boxed. All necessary pipe work( up to 4m ), and interconnect cabling between head unit and out door unit. Drain line (2m) flexible hose, from indoor unit. 2m length of duct, fixings and one top cap. Installation, test and commission. Warranty and GST also included. Prices are based upon ground floor or 1st floor installation only. Prices are based on back to back installations.
What's not included in your air con installation.
Any items, materials, or labour over and above our standard inclusions. Typically, additional pipe work, insulation interconnects duct and drain, cost approx $75 per linear metre. Electrical isolator and back to fuse board connection, with MCB ( circuit breaker ) ... typical cost is about $150.00-$200.00. Additional duct parts, bends, corners, and elbows are charged extra.
Our responsibility.
To install air con as promised, using the materials, and labour as noted above. We will ascertain that installation is in accordance with our pricing structure, unless you notify us otherwise prior to installation. Our price promise will remain intact not withstanding any variations to your original order. It is our company policy, to only charge for work done and materials used. Therefore, should your installation not vary according to this term, we shall honour our pricing structure to you in good faith and without prejudice.
Your responsibility.
It is fair to say, better the devil you know. Bearing this in mind, please use logic reason and commonsense, when placing your order with us. If you are aware of any issues, or variations that may be required, it is cheaper for you to let us know sooner rather that later. As we can make necessary plans and provisions, to accommodate any discrepancies you have highlighted to us.
AIRCONDITIONING AUSTRALIA - from Ryan-Air
Soft Start - Soft Start on an air conditioner, acts like an Inverter. Basically when aircon is fired up, the crank force upon both rotor compressor, and electrical surge, is lessened with the use of a Soft Start mechanism.
Duct & Top Cap - All ducts and top caps, used, are plastic profile shape and design. Clip on and off, easy clean and impact resistant. They come in beige/cream colour and compliment the air cons perfectly. Our prices include for 2m of duct and one top cap ( hat ) per
AirCon.
Paver - All air cons must sit upon a concrete paver/slab poured concrete slab, or on brick pavers/pathway. Our prices do not include for the supply of a 1200x600mm
pavers. these are priced at $50.00 each.
Brackets - We can supply wall support brackets for the outdoor compressor unit. We install to timber framed, and veneer walls. Please note, in some circumstances, we may need to add
additional support on or behind bracketry. Brackets are charged at $55 for small ( 1hp-2hp) and $99 for large (2.5hp+)
Electrical fuse board + isolator - this is charged extra on all units, and is mandatory. With exception to 1 Hp and 1.5 Hp which can be powered from internal wall socket. We would strongly advise all air con units be powered externally, with an isolator switch and dedicated supply and breaker from fuse board. Average price for this work, is $150.00-$200.00 per air con. Brisbane wide. Multiple

LED display - most of our air cons, come with a multi functional display. Showing set temperature, mode, fan speed. Timer can be set via
remote control, which is available on all Air conditioning units.
All pricing is based on standard construction homes, either timber frame and clad or brick veneer. Also tat immediate safe access is allowed, and available. Prices are based on installations to ground floor and 1st floor installs only. Please advise if your air-conditioning installation, is different.
