Terms and Conditions of Sale :

We agree to supply goods, as displayed / described on our website. From stock, and reserve the right to supply you equal quality and specification or greater, air conditioning units at our discretion
Whilst most products are stock items, due to seasonal fluctuations and supply/demand, we sometimes may run out of stock items. If we cannot reasonably locate stock, within a confirmed time frame, and to your satisfaction we shall refund any deposits paid. This does not affect your statutory rights
Due to fluctuating raw material costs such as copper, we may without notice need to vary our pricing accordingly. This we will do with reasonable care, and try to notify you via email and or our website.
We supply and install upon good faith and accurate and reasonable assistance from you, in describing and or specifying air con type you wish to purchase, and or location of such device. In certain circumstances, and in line with good practice, we may need to vary your order with/without notice. Furthermore, we may not be able to install your aircon within your desired location, due to technical issues. In such case, we do not normally adapt pricing. However if we need to use additional materials, to facilitate this we shall do so, as per our pricing schedules
Your order is not placed, or accepted or cancellable as "time" related. However if we cannot fulfil our contract ( prior to installation ) with you, within a reasonable time to both parties, we shall refund any monies paid.
You cannot cancel order based upon incorrect Air conditioning unit ordered. It is your responsibilty to ensure you choose the correct aircon type, size and specification for your particular installation. In such cases, we shall if installation has not started, try to exchange unit. Costs will be applicable. ( see below )
If you are unavailable to have install on day scheduled, please give us 48 hrs notice. If our installers arrive, and no one is available we shall, leave a calling card, and a re scheduled date ( where possible ) fees do apply ( see below )
By ordering an air con installation with us, it is your responsibility to acquire any approvals from Body Corporate / landlords etc.
We do not install on homes, where an adult over 18 years of age, is present, during installation. This does not apply to vacant homes.
You agree, that we have full access to install air conditioning units as you require.

Payment(s):

You agree to pay the order price, displayed on this website, and in line with our terms and conditions.
Deposit of 20% of contract value is required with order. This may be paid via, bank cheque/bank transfer/cash. please allow reasonable time for cheques to clear. Cash to be delivered to us, whereby we shall issue a receipt of payment.
No deposit orders are accepted, but must be paid in cash in full upon completion ( ie day of installation ( cheques not accepted))
Where other trades have not arrived or cannot complete on day of our installation, this is not prejudicial to payment. All orders must be paid in full upon day of installation..
Goods remain our property in entirety until full payments received/cleared.

Additional Fees ( that may apply ):

If the installation varies to that placed, we reserve right to charge accordingly, in line with prices depicted herein.
If no one is home when we arrive to install and we have not received prior verbal/written notice, we will leave calling card. An additional fee of $75.00 is chargeable.
If your home requires modifications to fuse board size,or there are issues involving your electrical supply/wiring you will need to seek professional advice from your supplier/qualified electrician. This is outside of our realm, and therefore does not affect our obligations with you / or you with us, contracturally.
